I got so frustrated with the failed launcher that I uninstalled the game completely in order to re install from scratch. The re install attempt failed because "An unknown error occured while while downloading the installer payload." I want to keep my Abby Lynne because she has a Plex sitting in her hanger, among other reasons. Exalted Fleet Lords, now what?

I am running -
Windows Vista Premium 64 bit SP2
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU
E8400 @ 3.00 GHz 3.00 GHz
RAM 4.00 GB
