Cant even repair with the launcher

After running the repair over and over and trying to replace the files it still doesn't work .....

Is there enough disk space available? Try to reboot, then repair again. If the issue keeps appearing, rename the affected file and let it repair again (if that works, delete the renamed file/copy). If that doesn#t work or it reappears for another file, ensure your hard disk is fine (e.g. using Scandisk).

Already tried rebooting and repairing and yes enough disk space. Sigh re-downloading as I post this
