Failed to Patch, Failed to Repair, FAILED at everything!

So on this wonderful day, I tried to patch with the Launcher.
It failed, giving me some errors. So I try again, same error.
So I figured that maybe my client broke or something.
I launcher the Repair Tool (as admin, Windows 7 32bit)
It calculate alot of missing things, download the patch then it fail to repair.

"An error occurred during repair" not even a minute after trying to patch the game up with the tool.
It stopped at "/resCharacterCreationBackdrops00.stuff" if this is of any help.

What exactly is the issue/the error message? File in use? Did you try to click any link in the launcher? Close all running instances/windows of Internet Explorer, then try patching/repairing again. If the issue persists, reboot and run the launcher or repair tool before accessing any other program/website (also don't touch the links in the launcher).
