Trebor Daehdoow Is dead

I had a friend call me at work and tell me Trebor Daehdoow died. Is this true and were did this story come from. I hope this is a joke. I met him at last years fanfest and really enjoy listening to him not only as a eve player but as a person. Can anyone confirm if this is true?

Yes, it is true that I have died.

It was my last wish that I be elected Chairman of the CSM posthumously. It would give great comfort to my loved ones in this time of sorrow if you would vote for me as much as possible.
