Im Sat in work atm and Im thinking about dusting off the old hulk and chewing some rocks over the weekend. Since the recent spike in mineral prices, Is Veld worth mining again, what can a Exhumer 4 orca boosted Hulk pull in an hour now?

As Im stuck in work and have no means of working it out Im asking S&I to help.

You Could put your own spreadsheet togeather, assuming that you have internet access, you could even import the prices from eve-central which is not all that hard to do.

A maxed Hulk pilot with an Orca booster/hauler can make upwards of 25.3 mil an hour mining veld.

This includes t2 drones, t2 mining drone rigs, all 3 mining implants, max orca booster.

Just posted a good chunk of info you're looking for in another thread here in science and industry here: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=80182

A quick response though would be (very general use of numbers here):

With a non maxed out hulk my alt makes roughly 18m isk per hour mining pyro. So if you were mining veld it should be roughly 15m +/- per hour.

If you have a basic orca boosting / hauling assume 20% boost making it around 21.6m isk from pyro and around 18m isk from veld.

Solo hulk fitted for yield is about 107k m3/hr at the very upper end. Fit a bit of a tank and deal with short-cycles / rats / distractions and you'll be down to 95-100k m3/hr. Orca boosts add 40% (T1 gang links) up to about 65% (T2 gang links + mining director implant).
