Running around on my alt yesterday I spotted this in local. Is this allowed? Either way I think it's disgusting.

This is EVE where every despicable act of treachery, scamming, cheating, looting and vote rigging is not only expected, it's encouraged.

At least he never got around to mail spamming, thankfully.
