Often times, CEO's want to know how potential members of a corporation left their last corps. It would be useful to corps to be able to leave either brief feedback that is public, such as "fired", "quit", "inactive", or set a rating like -10 to 10. Just like in real life, potential employers will check up on you. Also, like in real life, some employers will hold you ransom by threatening a bad reference if you leave. A person with an HR role could leave the feedback.

Additionally, when people leave or are fired from a corp they could leave a -10 to +10 feedback.

No, it would be abused the first minute, it's implemented.

Define abused. I feel that high sec ganking abuses the ability to shoot non-war dec'ed targets in high sec, but that is hardly a reason to stop it. It just makes an system more transparent. CEO's can already contact each of your past corps to find out the reason for your dismissal.

Sounds cool. As long as all members of the corp have an automatic, built-in ability to run an in-game vote at any time, without notice, and fire the CEO, or any other director or officer. And leave a comment on the CEO's employment history to blackball him or her for the benefit of any future corp they might join as well.

maybe a graphical symbol against each corporation you've been apart of listed in your employment history to show if you were dismissed or left of your own accord
