Defenently. t3 was a nice start to custom ships, but custom paint NEEDS to come next.

Is this a joke because I don't get it.

I mean....dude how can you even consider running in this election? I've heard of fair weather friends, but this is ridiculous.

Here are the final results from the Ship Customisation Survey:

-I'd like to be able to customise my ship's visual appearance but not at the expense of server load - 1038 (64.6%)
-I'd like to be able to customise my ship's visual appearance and I don't care how its done or what it costs, aslong as it happens - 358 (22.3%)
-I'm not interested in ship customisation, CCP's time would be best spent elsewhere. - 115 (7.2%))

Customisation Options
-The colour options you can chose from to paint your ship should be restricted by the hulls class or race so that Eve's art integrity is left intact - 773 (48.9%)
-There should be an unrestricted amount of colour options for repainting my ship - 395 (25.0%)
-There should be an unrestricted amount of colour options for repainting my ship excluding colour reserved for t2 variants of that hull - 282 (17.8%)
