I notice as my character sits on the couch in her captains quarters, there appears a scrolling marquee across the top of the main vid screen "Capsuleer Outer Region Political Summary--High Sec Incursions Too Rewarding--" WTF! Is it wrong to make isk!? So we should punish people for being inventive and hard working? I don't even do incursions and these socialist kinda snippets **** me off. I mean i know there is a lot of wealth envy out there but this is getting to be ridiculous. Mission runners this and that, rat farming this and that now freakin incursions(i am sure there are others)! STFU and go earn some isk you lazy whining dirt bags.

High-Sec Incursions Too Rewarding

If it's the one I'm thinking about, it really needs to be removed from the screen since it's almost 3 months old and doesn't have any CCP certified statistics or statements in it. Basically it's a biased one sided interview about some players using that as an excuse to justify their own actions. Their intentions are stated in the very first paragraph:
