PI products going missing.

My partner and I recently returned to EVE after a few months off. We restarted our PI production and are finding that sometimes when we export/import products that some just seem to disappear into space or somewhere.
It happens with different products, different levels and different planets.
I remember in the past this was a problem and we had to put tickets in to the GM's who were fairly quick in sorting it out.
We have done the same this time but the tickets don't seem to be getting any answers.
I would have thought by now this would be a problem of the past.
Is anyone else having similar problems with PI?Cry

Is it only when you import or also when you export? If you import some materials your factories need, their going to get taken immediately.
