Didn't see a thread for this but.. POS gunning isn't always as easy as it sounds and there is hardly any recognition for doing but saving a tower itself.

It would be great for pos gunners to be on the kill mails, if only to show some gratitude as hardly anyone ever wants to train it.

OP comes running into the house.
OP: Mommy! Mommy! I did something awesome.
Mother: Whats that dear?
OP: I didn't **** the bed again.
Mother: Thats great.
OP: Can I get a gold sticker? PLEASE!!!
Mother: Hun, you are a grown man and of legal age to drink. You even moved out of the house. Why do you need a sticker?
OP: Cause I want recognition of my accomplishments!!!! *puts on hilarious sad puppy face* PLEASE!!!!

A signed certificate of appreciation is ******* ridiculous, its just stat whoring to pin to your letterman jacket killboard and hope the cheerleader notices before prom and the Stat Jock gets some action. Knowing you accomplished something is better, knowing you don't have to replace a POS (really, you enjoy!!! lugging those structures around ?), knowing you won...that should be enough. If you are the only guy in your corp and no one else bothers to train it...then you should ******* lose, lose hard, and know it was their fault no matter how hard you tried.
