I realize there's no data, which is actually why I'm offering the first few jobs for free. Those first few contracts are going to be more valuable to me for putting points on the board rather than actual ISK payment. :)

Umm no, go get a few pages on the KB for yourself before you ask for ISK. I like my mercs to be able to do more than come and die in front of me....

You may be misunderstanding my intentions. I'm -not- asking for ISK until we have a solid KB...hence the phrase "pro bono." Please realize I don't mean this in any condescending way, but "pro bono" means "professional work undertaken voluntarily and without payment" (Wikipedia).

Yeah i'm pretty sure we all got the meaning... Roll What i am saying is even for free you would be seen as a potential waste of time for many. For instance if i have a POS coming out of reinforce in 12 hours i am sure as hell not going to risk that on you with no history paid or unpaid.

And offering to do unpaid work will not get you any serious merc work, it will just get people screwing with you.

I was specifically thinking of my good pals over at Break-a-wish. Or The Skunkworks could always use a dec.

Corp KB aside, I don't dont see anything with regards to any personal abilities. So you killed a few ships with 15 other people, a PVP'er it makes, does not.

Go wardec a few corps to getyour KB up. it will help.

And loose the BIO.. you look like a RP'er.

Can’t understand why would u do this. May I suggest u wardec couple carebear corps with pisspoor pvp stats and get at least couple months worth of kills in your kb before marketing your “merc” services in C&P.

While you are getting content for your killboard, there is ISK to be made with hisec griefing. Ransom payments for dropping wardec’s are somewhat rare, but they do happen, and u will be able to earn couple hundred mil every now and then, depending on your performance of course. Even carebears want to see some killboard stats before giving in to your ransom demands.

U do realize merc job is hard work, after 10 days since creating this thread u still have 0 kills. I think you’re just being lazy! In itself there’s nothing wrong about micro sized merc corps, with some skill and planning it’s possible to make them work.

Now I know where I saw the name Jazzmyn before. When you mentioned the pay to drop dec all the light clicked on since one did not work out for you that one time when we got involved.

Jack, just get some kills going. Your in that corp now for a few days and still no kills. Not a good sign.

And ignore Jazzmyn, if you want to be a respectable Merc Corp at least try to act like one then.
