So it goes reinforced when it hits Armor.

How much shield has to be repped to "reset" the reinforce cycle? Thanks!

Just to not really be helpful, I 'think' it is 50%. I found a believable answer somewhere and did the math for our POCOs, and have now lost it. Anyway, it takes a couple of hours w/o repping, and you can get it down to 30 minutes with a scimi or two real quick.

POCOs reinforce at 25% shields, they come out of reinforce at 0% shields. And they reset their reinforcement ability once they rise to 25% shields again (takes about 2hrs of natural regen - very fast).
