It depends on several things:

1) Location (pipe system or side system), basically side systems are more expencive because neuts usually dont pass thru them, if u get visitors u know they are on roam...

2) Truesec status, higher then -.4 dont have havens, etc... meaning one -.2 system will be less expencive then -.8

3) Sov, do you want sov in system so u can do some PI and place your own upgrades / cust offices? costs more then just blue

4) Most important is - station, you get non station system waaay cheaper then station, plus many alliances ask for station downpayment in case you dont intend to give station up peacfully, refundable otherwise ofc


Lets say that sov, non station, -.2 system, side system would be around 2B ISK / mo
Add around 3-4B / mo + 20B insurance downpayment for station
Add around 2-3B isk / mo for nice truesec (-.8 e.g.) IF you manage to find someone to give you sov in those


Those are very very rough estimates. It depends on several other things such as fleet deployment, etc... If you can field a fleet of 100 alpha maelstroms on next crusade and own 2-3 motherships, im sure any alliance will give you 2-3 systems to yourself for free ;)
