Welcome back to the lotteries where the house wants to Lose!

Prize:
1x Daredevil

Details:
There will be 5 tickets at a cost of 10 Million Isk per ticket. Everyone will be limited to 1 ticket per person. Why? I'm still giving stuff away and I said so. I plan on doing this old fashioned you send the ISK and pick your number. If the number is taken I will give you the option of a new number or a refund. Please send money to me with reason DARE_01. Any amount different then 10 million isk will be returned.

Why am i doing this?
Simple, I wanted to get my name back out there, ive done several hulk lotteries and before I do another big losing lottery I figured I would do a small one. All i ask is that the winner post in my 3rd party thread.

Why is this secure?
If you check out my 3rd party thread located at Lokeesha's 3rd Party you will see that in the past I i have done several lotteries.

On a more personal note, I cant win for losing. I have run several lotteries and every single one has had its prize awarded and each person has confirmed receipt. Additionally while using Chibba's dice I would have no way of rigging an auction since I have no control over the outcome.

I am losing money on every auction I run and I have explicitly asked that no one I have dealings with enter my auctions. Furthermore if someone respectable wants to do a full audit of my records I will provide my Full API key to them to confirm this.

Please keep this on topic.

I posted a link to what happened the last time an unsecured lottery was participated in by Tash Slicer in which he bought multiple tickets and was refunded the money immediately as the whole thing was a scam perpetrated by him and one other with alts.

That's not off topic as this is an unsecured lottery and he is participating in it which makes it very on topic. However feel free to push the complain button.

I will not let this kill the lottery. Instead I will make it free. So i will refund Tash's money. But im still going to give the dardevil away. the remaining tickets are free.

First 3 people to post picking the remaining #'s get them. Once they are all gone I will unlock the dice.

yea, but for a obvious reason always the same person seems to win those lotteries. not saying this lotterie must be a scam, but I highly doubt the 3rd party service is legit wich is refering to it.

To be honest, I have hosted several lotteries over the years and unfortunately for me Chibba's dice rolled the number twice in a row. I dont know how to express the fact that I have 0 control on the outcome of the dice rolls any more then I have. I have also awarded the prize and never had a complaint from a winner.

Of 5 lotteries I have completed 4 of them were to different winners.

I do have to say this last post was the nicest one you have said for me. I must be warming up on you ;)
