Problem with static data dump !

Hi,

I'm trying to restore the static data dump to MS SQL Server but each time I try I get the following error message: -

"The media family on device 'xxx...' is incorrectly formed. SQL Server cannot process this media family"

I down loaded the data directly from the eve website and the extracted file is called "DATADUMP201201241509.bak". I am using MS SQL Server 2008 with the following components: -

Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 10.50.1617.0
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 6.1.7601.17514
Microsoft MSXML 3.0 5.0 6.0
Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421
Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0.50727.5448
Operating System 6.1.7601

I have tried re-downloading the file incase it was corrupt the first time but get the same result. Any help would be appreciated.
