Assuming no implants for fitting or cap is needed, what implants are recommended for logi pilots? I was considering a Halo set, but not sure its really worth the cost. Then, assuming cap stability and everything i need fits fine, I didnt notice anything else that would really be a half way decent help.

Are there any implants worth getting?

For a Guardian pilot and possibly an Oneiros to, a Slave set wouldn't be that wrong.

There isn't any designated set for Logistics, but based on your ship and fitting (and skills), an implant further reducing your cap usage or increasing your power grid could be useful, but in general it's more on a case by case basis.

Halos are indeed great for incursion logis, especially Vanguards. IMHO they're better than slaves becase they reduce the damage you take and it scales against increased incoming dps, while slaves just buy you a little more buffer when you should already have enough time for logis to lock & cycle reps on you.

Also for armour logi pilots, the ZET200 is dirt cheap, ~250k isk iirc, and can help your cap. There's better implants down that line but that 3% one is a no-brainer.
Chiefly implants allow you to use better fits, such as 4 T2 reppers and 4 TLs on an oni, with which you would want all the cap stability you can get even with T2 RRA/CCC rigs, and so CC and CR implants as well as that ZET2 line.

You might also want PG implants to fit CPRs instead of PDS to retain 1600mm plates and have better cap regen.

Of course, if you don't need any of these for your current fleet and you're happy with the rate of isk-making, save the cash as PvE's usually about making money. If you're wanting to get to better blitz fleets, you might find the bits requested dictate the use of implants, at least until you train some less commonly maxed skills.

Lastly, 3% Synth Mindflood can also help make fits stable/help under neuting, while being completely legal to have with you in highsec. If you find a fit you like that needs that to be stable, you might want to put the isk into grabbing some of them and having them to hand should you find you need to run all your modules flat out (**** happens, the other logi can disconnect/be jammed at bad times even if usually you only need to run 3/4 reppers to counter the incoming dps). The drugs last up to an hour depending on your Biology skill iirc.
For stronger stuff that's not legal to move in highsec, you get 20-30% bonuses, but risk sideeffects that costly books and some implants can help you manage. Standard Mindflood's common for PvP logi pilots outside of empire afaik. And triage carrier pilots should have Exile to hand too should you go down that route. So that's a bunch of things to spend your isk on, and perhaps reconsider slaves or at least the CC,CR, ZET2/ZEX2 implants.

You can never go wrong with PG4/8/10 (Powergrid Slot 6) and CC4/8/10 (Capacitor amount Slot 8). Both of these are universal. Alternatively, one can choose CR4/8/10 (Cap recharge slot 6) over the PG implant - but you may not be able to fit some logis to its maximum portential. Filling up the rest of the slots depends on whether you're doing a pure logistic or a combat + logistic role

Imo, Halo sets are a bit too much for incursion group work, the common denominator aren't hardcore logistic pilots. It's useful for combat roles if you've got nothing else to fill for it, else other implants (like Slaves, +5 etc.) takes precedence

If it's a purely highsec clone, the Genolution implants they gave out a while back are amazing for logi.

Shield version of the same is KZA1000. Both drop in copious numbers from AE, which keeps prices way down.
