A policy is there for a reason - the reason is sound. It doesn't have to be an honest statement or even make sense - it only rely's on the signature party to understand and agree to the terms no matter how weird it actually is.

They got off easy

Its time to stand up against the bad empire based CEO telling falsehoods about what new characters can accomplish and pushing them towards an in game experience of drudgery and loneliness keeping them in the shadow of ignorance for at nest their own profit at worse apathy towards all the experiences that Eve has to offer.

Wait a minute....this....isn't new news. Haven't they been doing this ever since I first heard of them. While key people looks the other way, hence why they're still doing this.

You sound surprised. I thought it was common knowledge that Goonswarm were scammers, but it seems you missed out on that note, which caused you to lose 2 billion ISK. Nice job. I am sure Goonswarm appreciate your donation.

Note: I don't support Goonswarm, but I'm not going to actively go against them either. As long as they leave me alone, I won't have to rally a fleet of allies to bring down Goonswarm or the CFC in general. Then again, even if they did give me a reason, I doubt I'd be able to raise a big enough fleet to take on Goonswarm and the CFC.

Goons are charitable people. We do not lie, cheat or steal, nor do we look favourably upon those who do.

In fact, not long ago we sponsored a school in Haiti and contributed $80,000 between us. They used the money to more than double their budget, fund adult literacy classes and do other awesome stuff.

OP and everyone else waiting in line to fall for a Goon scam, instead of trying to buy your way into the cool kid crowd, (admit it, that's what you're doing) do what the Goons did and play the damn game.

You could always join the bigget (ship) fleets ever, the famous titan blobs that are supposed to be able to hold off goons with a mere finger on their turret module.

There is a difference between accepting or even enjoying that the game caters for all playstyles and contains many whos entire existence is about scamming and griefing others, and taking pleasure of doing this yourself.

Contrary to popular belief, the majority of EVE players does in fact not scam, grief, cheat or steal. It doesnt mean that they dont like or cant like the game.

Then if you have to blame someone it's not those doing whatever IS ALOUD in game but blame those incapable to fix gaming rules, right?

Yes it does. Some of it will be people scamming, griefing, cheating and stealing. Most of it will be other stuff.

Hello, I am Sordeo's commanding officer. He has been suspended from duty without pay and has a pending court martial later in April. We do not tolerate scamming or any other disehonoureable conduct in Thunderwaffe.
