Hello I'm currently bouncing around ideas on a Newbie mentor program.

Any constructive criticism and advice is welcome.

I believe Newbies are the way forward for this game to allow it to grow and prosper, as well as allowing CCP to have the financial interest to stay focused on internet spaceships.

Any spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors are because frankly, I don't care!!

Wouldn't this type of program to some degree or another already be implemented in any good corporation? After all, what good are corporations for it they aren't being used as support groups? There are plenty to choose from and if a newbie feels he/she's joined the wrong one, then they are easy enough to leave.

Yes but TBH not enough is being done and there are too many corps who wont take newbies. Yes there are some excellent newbie corps out there but still too many people are being left out and are leaving before they even understand a fraction of the game.
