caracter creation : mission impossible ...

im unable to create a new character , or customise an existing one.

i have this problem both on mackbook pro 15" under osx 10.6.8 , or an imac 27" osx 10.7.1 ...
both with 4go ram...

after chosing bloodline and gender, the character customisation page remains black , sometimes having the round progress thingie spining , sometimes not.... but the screen remains black. i cant even proceed to the next step , create the photo , as it seems the two buttons, back & next arent working neither.

puting low ressources character doesnt change anything at all...
