Drake or Sacrilege for fast progress through L3

Fellow pilots, should i pick Sacrilege or Drake for the fastest possible way through L3 to reach L4?
(The reason i am not talking about Harbi is my laser guns skills are pure crap, and my missiles skills are all V)

Which faction? The Sac might be competitive against a preponderance of EM/Therm enemies but the Drake is going to win against Angels/Serpentis/Guristas without blinking simply because it has a much larger sphere of targets it can apply damage to without moving. If you're facing mainly Blood/Sansha, the Sac might catch up but only because the Drake has to use unbonused Mjolnir missiles but even then it's pretty close.

use a starter raven.. Cheap and gets the job done better than both.

if Missiles are all V use a drake with Heavy Missiles. Sac would be mad fun for angel L4s though =P
