Am I correct in believing that there is currently no CCP-approved way to get a list of who is in Local, either through the IGB or through a stand-alone app?

Obviously there are ways of doing this with a stand-alone app (packet sniffing, checking EVE's memory directly), but I suspect they are frowned upon.
