taxRefTypeID missing from WalletJournal rows?

This is a "Bounty Prizes" row according to refTypeID="85" right, you got amount="135000.00" worth of "Bounty Prizes".

I paid taxAmount="15000.00" worth of ??????? what taxes? Where can I get tax name? taxRefTypeID missing? According to in-game info taxRefTypeID="92" should be there, which is "Bounty Prize Corporation Tax".

Is refTypeID="92" relation to refTypeID="85" hardcoded ingame or is API missing the attribute?
