There are also Salvaging Services available < insert shameless plug here > like what Pro Synergy offers.
They are quickly expanding to cover the L4 mission hubs, and offer a great opportunity to mission runners by buying out their wrecks as they lay in deadspace (abandoned "blue" and bookmarked ).
