Accidental Skill Point Usage

I got my 2 million SP from mass test but accidentally entered 1.5 million of it into a skill that I did not want to train. I read the number wrong and without thinking put my remaining SP into it rather than just enough to get it to level 4. The amount was 1519686 to be exact. It is the last "Skill Points Applied" in my still training history. Would CCP be merciful enough to remove the points from that skill and return my points to me? ^^

We need ccp to fix EVE and other fixes, not fix dump*** people ****up on the test SERVER!@!!!!!!!
