I slightly was sarcastic, but when you conquer a region with your space babe without a ship we got problems..

EVE is having growing pains fitting into this new environment and some people will like it, some just don't care about aesthetics and want some actual content to play with in the game.


If I was asked "what is eve" without explaining something as boring as your character aesthetics, I rather say it's a space(ship) game.

tbh i like the idea of WiS - it certainly adds some atmosphere to the somehow onesided eve universe - sometimes it's nice to see that there is something behind all the fighting and roaming trough the space in a beautiful spaceship....

BUT:
i don't like how ccp is handling the game; the core of eve allways was and allways should be the space ships and all that belongs to it. ccp dev's, and especially the marketing wannabes, should care about the core, they should canstantly ballance where ballancing is needed and fix bugs where bugs were found instead loosing themselves "in the feature vision of eve"; having many nice-to-hear-about-it ideas, but not finishing/fixing the old ones...

Thankfully, for me I guess, is that I wont be anywhere near Jita. And the ones that will be offended is spammers and botters right?

You're still in a clone so there is no risk of perma death. WIS without some kind of pvp combat will be seriously lame. A bar without the occcasionally bar brawl will be boring as hell.

Also if you dock up dozens of combat pilots in a station to gamble and drink (nevermind about drugs and strippers) you're going to get fights. Even if carrying weapons is banned people would still use plastic cutlery or their teeth.

The OP is either playing their troll-hand very well or they got suckered in by CCP and their deceitful marketing.

CCP's plans for Incarna in relation to EVE appear to be as well thought out as a seven year old boy's first adventure with a box of strike anywhere matches and a can of gasoline.
