While I agree with the concept of making better choices for ships, etc. being a good thing; don't you think you're a bit new to the game for such bold statements?

In essence, what is the highest class of ship you can fly well? How well do you know the way different skills interact and actually impact on your performance for some of the specialised ship classes. I've been here only a year and a bit and I still feel like a fresh faced newbie. I like what CCP has said, but there may very well be things my own lack of experience means I've missed. Particularly around areas of the game I've not tried yet. (0.0, Capital ships, etc. as but one example)

Other stuff like implants and Skills I dont rely know were to go with, I have been doing a lot with skills trying to get them up for mining and flying a better ship that can mine better ore.

My guess is that the bitter vets are quitting because they have nothing left to be bitter about.

Which story sounds cooler. "I just fought in Korea" or "Yeah, I fought in Korea. Bastards in the government made me lose everything I had"

Obviously the latter. People have run out of things to say in their threads about how EVE was so much better when nobody knew about it and it didn't win any awards so they have nothing left to do...

...except giving their YC103 Gran Leviathano to some poor inner system kid who had to face the pressures of being harassed by a Pirate Corp

Watch_ Fred Fred Frederation_ and stop cryptozoologist! Fight against the brutal genocide of fictional creatures across New Eden! Is that a metaphor? Probably not, but the fru-fru- people will sure love it!

Very true point I did make the post more for a friend because I'm not the best person to give him heavy pointers to the game like the vets that have been playing for years, but yes you do have a point.

Why I say what I said is rely simple a better cleaner system dose not make it easier but better to understand. CCP is not trying to dumb anything down but more rebalanced so people can understand what they want to do in the game instead of leaning all these random skills that do not help there end goal.

Big Up CCP but let this threads responses be an indicator of what is to come as you continue to dumb down the game and appeal to even more simpletons.
You just can't stop, can you? Maybe you'll find a place where everyone thinks you're as significant as you apparently believe.

I understand this is the internet. I realise you are probably Moldovian or from some long lost tribe that has been living in the Rainforest since the Mayans designed their calendar. Maybe you were raised by wolves. I also realise it is just as likely you have some form of disorder that prevents you from writing coherently. And I understand and accept that I will likely make quite a few mistakes in this post. There is some obscure rule that defines this probability.

But some days it seems almost everyone on the internet is afflicted by something that prevents them from paying attention to what they write. That paragraph makes me wonder if the problem is not so much with the skills, but more with the general ability of people to think, reason and remain cohesive.

And yes, that is a bit of friendly mockery. But that is only fair as you just about broke my brain. It was frantically screaming "Where end goal? Where end goal?" as if I was playing that silly padding game from America and had just run into a bunch of cheerleaders.

It's only the second time (at least) I see this troll publicly announce in off forums he's leaving, witch he does, and then come back.
He could perfectly logg off but he needs our attention like a little boy...w8: "here you have my attention nao!" Lol

If they only could use of some balls that they obviously don't and biomass their char at least we wouldn't loose time anymore for the x time he's doing his little pooo every 6mths CCP changes something.

I really hope for this guy he's not older than 10/12 because if it's the case, my goodness he's pitiful for an adult, even worst than my english level !

Sorry not rely trying to spell or use grammar, doing 3 things at once.

OK I'll shorten it for you, making some thing simpler dose not make it less harder to play.

Easy to get into, harder to master the game.

By shortening training queues....

Training queues make you smart...

Not college degrees...

Not successful careers....

Not Mensa memberships...

The ability to wait out egg timers.

Let me help you out here. TRANSLATION: I say what I said is really simple; a better, cleaner system (does not make it easier, but better to understand.) CCP is not trying to dumb anything down but, more, rebalance so people can understand what they want to do in the game, instead of learning all these random skills that do not help their end goal.

For your translation pleasure, drop me a line and (for a few mill) I can make you look like you know this language, too!

I think what he's saying here is he believes a lot of ancillary training to things like the higher end skills to operate T2 projectile weapons are not necessary (in his view) to actually operating the guns. Gunnery lvl V, Motion Prediction lvl V, Small and Medium Projectile Turret lvl V (instead of just straight up Large Projectile Weapon to V.)

This, of course, would mean an almost instant entry into BS class. (I'm assuming he'd include the ancillary "lessons" needed to operate a T2 tank of some sort.) "Why can't I just go from frigate to any ship in the catalog overnight?" would be a more accurate title to the post. And, the tortured logic can only be an attempt to not appear to be actually saying this.

We must accommodate the idiocracy.

I think people are sick of hearing the same qqing pages because CCP is trying to improve there game... I think people like you fail to understand the thing is there not making the game easier for people there trying to balance it so people have more and better choices in the game making it bigger and in a way harder to master the game in the long run.

Yeah. Like "so called" Gallente ship rebalancing ?

Imagine situation when/if you are rookie player. You choosed Gallente as your race. Right ? You are flying in hi-sec doing things whatever. You are skilling Gallante BC at level five coz you love your Myrmidon. Its cool boat. Right ? Your fit is with heavy blasters at level five or rails. So you got. Myrmidon lvl 5 - 30 days ? and blaster rails at lvl 5 with specs at lvl 4. It took you 2 or 3 months + some drone skills so it will be like 4 months skilling. You think you are cool. Right ? So maybe its good idea to start PVP. You are looking for ally there is one that can join you. Cool. Right ? Good so far ! And then someone is saying "Myrmidon" ? Nay bro our doctrine is shield hurricane and drake perma MWD. If you want to play with us and be "shield meat" you must skill. So you are looking at your skills and saying "Frac this game, I dont want to skill this stupid things for next 2 months, Im done with this game" . After 6 months of paying for a game you still flying in BC. gratz !

Dont think only about yourself, this game need fresh blood and need it badly !!!

If CCP want this game to work this way, all ships must be very equal. Not perfect equal but close. Too many ships are not balanced right now. Same with weapons systems. Its horobily unbalanced - ranges - cap use - dps - tracking etc. This game is leaking as hell. We are using only FEW ships right now...

BTW Spank, i had noticed your absence from forums..without your trolls and the occasional" troll that makes you think" it seemed you had taken a break from Eve

this sounds exactly like a description of me and my myrmidon, i did some web investigating and found a viable bait myrmidon with EC-600's but could not get anyone in my npc starter corp to fly pvp with me..i think it's been about 2 weeks since i flew any time at all in Eve, just skill training and checking forums now

Heh, good job trying to sound intellectually superior by posting lot's of insults and demeaning innuendo's directed towards another character. Did you even consider that English might not be his primary language? You sound like an old tight-assed starched Brit or Auzzy with the proverbial 'Stick' shoved up his arse.

You definitely post like an old bitter troll vet. Don't break your arm trying to pat yourself on the back. I gotta give you credit since you really do excel at being a smug self-righteous sanctimonious moron. Especially since it's really safe to post troll crap while hiding behind the anonymity of the internet.

And yes, this is just a bit of friendly mockery which is only fair due to you being very cliquish with all your posted cliche's. By the way, silly padding game from America? Please come to America, we'll treat you like a King..

See? You just caught my core point - I agreed with you using your words; and you did not understand that Lol

DMC wrote:

Yes, I did. Hence the bit "I realise you are probably Moldovian or from some long lost tribe that has been living in the Rainforest since the Mayans designed their calendar." It is not my first language either (2 of 3); but some things distract from the point a person is making.

Note above, where replying to him in the lazy form he uses confused him so much that he was unable to see the agreement.

However, it was a bit of light-hearted jesting with him, using some of the core excuses often offered for lazy-posting.

DMC wrote:

Almost as easy as flat-out lying to make a point, eh DMC? Yeah, I can't forget that you are such a compulsive liar either. It's okay, I understand you're still a bit sore and responding out of anger. I don't mind. I appreciate the jest; even though I suspect you did not intend it as such.
