UI window stuck. Solved

Trying to upgrade my clone, and I the normal Upgrade Clone button from medical services but instead of getting a normal open window I get a bug. I get two bars like windows that are minimized, one that is clear with just edges on top and attacked is the normal black one, only with X to close it, no pin or minimize. Also OK and Cancel are available stuck between the two. Now I have tried restarting, and tabbing them open all other windows open and close but it wont. There is a pointer if i get close to resize but it wont let me click and drag to resize it. Any suggestions so I can get to playing again thanks.

what happens if you double click on the "bar like windows"?

nothing happens.


Problem solution: Resetting all positions or colors of windows solved this problem for me.
