This versatile character has a good focus in Logi (the Basi and Oni), with strong starter skills in other areas that make him a useful alt, an awesome starter character, or a fun project character for longer-term thinkers. He is an incursion-running machine in either type of fleet, and can easily fit a ship to get picked into any type of site you want to run. In addition, has has a kernel of good PVP skills and could be built into a mean PVPer as well.

Highlights:

Arrow Logi 5, Remote Shield V, Remote Armor IV, Remote Energy IV, Repair Drone IV, Multi-tasking III
Arrow Easy 100-150m/hr blitzing Incursion VGs (go go Legion fleets)
Arrow Head full of +4s
Arrow Can also fly: Gallente Freighter and BS, Proteus (just over a week from Medium Blaster II's), BC (Caldari and Gallente).
Arrow Has 4/5 subsystems for the Tengu trained (~3d from Shield Operation V for the last one).
