99% of threads with CSM in them should be moved from GD as their purpose is to advertise some candidate.

There should be one official sticky/announcement with "go vote" and links to magic urls.

I'm assuming that you haven't quite realised the CSM voting process is an extension of the sandbox that's EVE Online? :D
