In addition to having the icons for who has what modules on you on your overview, can we have a small window that we can move and adjust sizes that shows all effects on you in stacks. or just simply attach it to fleet broad cast window at the bottom.

Ie if you are scrammed by 3 people it will show the scram symbol with a 3 in the corner.
