Darius III is trying to buy votes with scams of plex for votes and i have proof.

Yes, you stated that, and I said that vote buying and selling is allowed and scamming is allowed, so there is zero grounds for any bans, and that people who engage in any of this represent the player base so excluding them from the CSM (much less banning them) because they don't doesn't make any sense.

Why should they be banned when they're doing nothing wrong?
Why should there be no seats for them when they're doing exactly what is asked of a CSM candidate?

Agreed.

I mean, I dislike what he is doing, but I don't think its against the rules and regulations set forth by CCP for CSM candidates.

As I recall, the discussion went like this: According to you, CSM representatives from the CFC were advocating a tech moon nerf because even though it would negatively impact them, it would impact rival alliances even more. Not because they wanted to improve the game. However, CSM representatives from those same rival alliances who advocated the same tech moon nerf were doing so out of a selfless desire to improve the game.

In game, out of game, what's that? Lol.

In other words, you're a loon, and no one should listen to you. But I know that won't stop you from posting. In fact, I'm counting on it. Lol

I have told you why it should. the CSM is a real life body - originating from - but NOT part of the videogame called EVE Online. Its job is to represent the best interest of the playerbase in helping the games deveoper develop the games different playstyles (yes include scams, suicide ganks, piracy etc) to the best of their ability - so that the game is enjoyable for the playerbase for years to come.

in this picture, there is NO PLACE for real life trolls like Joseph W Morris, who only want to get free trips to Iceland, get girls, cheap drinks and general troll the f*ck out of the developer on THEIR EXPENSE. And besides that dont give a f''ck about the games development, CCP or CSM, and who doesnt contribute i any shape or form to what the CSM is supposed to do.

Now tell me why we as a playerbase should be happy to see our subscription money fund that kind of behavoiur.

If only there were a mechanism you could use to express your displeasure with Joseph W. Morris in a way that would decrease his chances of being on the next CSM and put a person more to your liking in his place.

Edit: I feel like the answer to this dilemma is floating right above my head. Well, above and to my left a little bit.

You seem to be confused about the meaning of the word paradox too. Seeing an issue as important while at the same time view the current rules governing the handling of that issue sub-optimal is not a paradox.

Guess that's why they post the character name and the avatar picture in the voting menu along with all that alliance gobledy **** that should have no bearing on an out of game team right?. I figure they would just stick to the real name and use a real picture since it's so antithetical to the game and such legitimate business.

Well when they post the election results after the vote is tallied, they do in fact list the individuals real name as well as their country of origin.

But regardless, that still doesn't support the OP's point.
