- General understanding of 0.0 and can be self sufficient
- Full api of active Accounts

couple of things,

Where are you guys located, exactly what system/region?
Also I have alts who do not have 10mil SP, but their sole purpose is to mine; would you allow them?
Could you be more specific about "willing to contribute to the good of the Corp and Alliance."
Primarily, what kind of contribution and would you take away things from members in order to get these contributions?
