These guys got a freighter belonging to a buddy of mine the same way, tho we managed to keep him repped (with a t1 exequeror and a scimi lol) til he could self destruct as they we're bumping him off gate so no chance of getting it safe. Luckily he didn't have all that much in the cargo and in a moment of madness had actually insured the ship so all was not lost =D
