Not a cross-post. I believe this to be a legitimate campaign issue, which deserves to be discussed here in Jita Park, outside the feedback thread.

Some of the stuff was discussed, mostly the tiericide and whatnot, but some stuff was not talked about at the summit.

I am sorry to be a bulldog about this, but could you clarify the one issue I've asked about? Your response doesn't quite do it.

Was the Racial Destroyer and Battlecruiser skill split discussed with the CSM prior to the dev blog release and what was the CSMs response? (Collectively or individually.)
