Ok, first off, the title "Proposal" doesn't tell us ****. It is a worthless title, and implies a similarly worthless post (and it doesn't disappoint!)

Secondly, WTF are you talking about? You don't tell us ANYTHING about the problem that you are experiencing. I still don't know what you mean, what you would like fixed, HOW you would like it fixed, or what your proposed solution is. Again - a worthless post.

Finally, this kind of **** doesn't belong in the Assembly Hall. It belongs in Features and Ideas discussion. Assembly hall is for posts that have content, have been reviewed by the EVE community, and are well written/thought out. This is not any of those.
