Mining foreman bonus

Hello all,

If you have mining foreman and make a fleet, do you still get the bonus even if no one else joins the fleet? Or does it only apply to the people who join the fleet?

you must have a valid fleet to give/receive bonuses. Bare minimum you need is a squad leader and at least 1 squad member.

Used to be you could just form a fleet with some random corpmate and that was enough. Not sure if that is still the case.

Well, both. You have to have a valid fleet undocked and in system, so fleet booster plus at least one member. But once you have that, both the booster and the member receive the bonus.
