Excuse the noobish question but...

Can someone tell if there are any other advantages to dual webs apart from the ability to web two targets?

Thanks

One web takes away about 60% of speed. Webs are stacking penalised, but after applying the second, the opponent is slowed down to a crawl.

In addition to this, dual webbing a ship using a MWD (generally, and assuming using a warp disruptor not a scram) allows you to slow the ship down enough to not escape, while continuing to waste cap running the MWD and taking increased damage from the increased sig radius (from running the MWD) from better tracking from turrets and better damage application from missiles.

/Second

Dual webs will make your target cry, with or without mwd, and it prevents those silly dual prop fits from being effective as well. Figure that you'll have at least one web on you, putting two on your target still makes you faster. Combine that with a disruptor for the point range, and because it actually DOESN'T shut off their mwd. As mentioned before, mwd increases sig radius. Eliminates the need for a painter, because they do it to themselves :)
