Hey

I have a question which has baffled a few of my friends.

Im planning to put a pos up and i will be running four silos into two simple reactors. If both of the reactors are running the same reaction can i hook up a single silo to two simpe reactors?.

So to make it clearer its like this.
Silo -----
------- simple reactor
silo ------

Silo -----
------- simple reactor
Silo------

I want to know if i can do this

Silo ---------
-------- 2 X simple reactor
Silo----------

Silos have 1 input and 1 output.

To expand upon this:

Silo -----
------- simple reactor
silo ------

Silo -----
------- simple reactor
Silo------

is the only way you can set up moongoo.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Silo---
--Simple Reactor
Silo--

Silo--
--Simple Reactor
Silo--

Then:

Simple Reactor--
--Advanced Reactor
Simple Reactor--

The CPU needs and Powergrid needs to run that setup is very costly so only large towers can run that sort of set up.

If you plug a simple reactor straight into a complex instead of a silo, arnt you going to lose 100 of the 200 items produced from simple react process.

I have it set up now like this

2x moon harv - simple reactor - silo - - 2nd silo - complex reactor - silo

which adds up to 7.5k cpu, so i use caldari large pos'es.

Is

Silo----
Silo -----
------- simple reactor
Silo------
Silo------

Possible to increase the amount of storage space you have?

Also is this is good idea:
Silo *3 , feeds into
simple reactor *3, feeds into
complex reaction, *2 (notice no buffer silo), feeds into
Silo
Silo------

on the output side you can do reactor --> coupling array --> silo to handle when you're offlining the silo to get stuff out.
but Silo -> Silo -> reactor is just a waste.
