Elect at least one person who is an obsessive compulsive note taker. It would be a huge benefit if there was one person who concentrated on doing this.

You can approach CSM candidates directly, but a good CSM member will be paying attention to every avenue of communication and collating the information. I have ears everywhere, and given that I work in the business of realtime data mining very little escapes me.

Skye Aurora is a 7 year old Girl Who Wants to be on the CSM! Unfortunately, the Lawyers say you have to be 21 - oh well.
