I've already started again and have millions of isk via PLEX.

I'm still doing things pretty much the same way though, although the character skills at present limit what can be done compared to past characters.

So in answer to your question and it seems being a creature of habit, only thing I'd change is the race.

Focus solely on PVP obviously. Start with frigate PVP while you train all the skills.

Everytime I log on it's a new Begining! Big smile

Seriously? Nothing would change tthat much, but I miss the fact you can PvP without worrying about what your corp thinks.

I'd be pretty annoyed that I only had millions of isk.

millions of isk via PLEX.

Millions?

Time for a "Dr. Evil" moment. I think you meant billions. Possibly trillions...

Or wormhole space.

I remember first time I went into null sec to 'live'. I thought exactly the same thing... "why didn't come here earlier?".

I did this.

First time around I was a terrible highsec pubbie, I did missions, thinking one day I'll get to do some PvP, eventually joined a nullsec alliance and got to do some PvP, but usually ended up on the wrong end of it and had to go back to doing missions to get money to fund more PvP. Eventually ended up quitting.

After a long hiatus I came back because Dreddit was starting up, I bummed around in Osmeden with them, then RL stuff required more time so my account lapsed. Later again I came back and joined Dreddit again.

So this time I'm a terrible nullsec pubbie, I earn isk by making forum sigs for my alliance mates rather than doing anything in game, blob up on enemies and taunt them in local. Working up from zero again in Dreddit has made Eve more fun than it was last time, Dreddit's newbie support is great, I'm better off than I used to be.

This time though I didn't make the mistake of specializing in Gallente, first time I did, basing the decision on the fact that the Thorax is prettier than the Moa.

So if you're struggling in this game, consider cashing in, selling your character and starting again doing something else.

I would keep my account active and training during the first year that I don't have time to play.

EDIT: also, start the alt accounts on day 1.

Pretty much what I've done with Drew here, buy a set of +4's with the millions and train a super focused skill plan instead of grabbing a bit of everything.

I lied :o

Not derp around highsec for half a year and move straight to 0.0.

Take advice from other people on what to train.

If I "could" start over, I'd choose not to. I'm already way ahead of where I'd be if I had to train all over again, no matter how many millions you want to start me off with.

Other than needing a freshly unsoiled reputation, there's no good reason to ever start over. Every skill point you biomass away represents wasted time.

I don't judge people by their race, religion, color, size, age, gender, or ethnicity. I judge them by their grammar, spelling, syntax, punctuation, clarity of expression, and logical consistency.

Differently? Not much. I'd do pretty much the same thing I've done so far. It was a good plan, and I still like it.

That said, since I'm done soon, I'll probably have to start over, and it wouldn't make much sense to run the exact same path a second time, so we'll see where that goes.

not empty quotin'

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Not have wasted 1.2 million sp in industry, another 800k in non JC or cybernetics science & 700k in social/market skills.

If Goons were around when God said, "Let there be light" they'd have called the light gay, and plunged the universe back into darkness by squatting their nutsacks over it.
