Quick Alliance War-Dec Mechanism Question

Following Situation:

1. Corp A leaves Alliance A, which has active Wars
2. Corp A is within this 24 hours timeframe of surrendering until all Wars get dropped
3. WITHIN this timeframe Corp A applies to join Alliance B (to get protected quickly by this new alliance)
4. BUT Alliance B gets a warning, when it wants to accept Corp A, that it would also inherit all their wars (which they have surrenderd to).

That made me wonder:

What will really happen?
Because in a couple of hours all the wars will have been dropped off Corp A, BEFORE it will get registered with Alliance B

Has anyone experiences with that and knows what will happen if Alliance B would accept the application from Corp A BEFORE they are free of all wars they have surrenderd to?

Yeah it's confusing I know :)

its not possible. If corp A applies to alliance B and is immediately accepted, corp A will not become a full member for 24 hours after the acceptance.

furthermore, it takes 24 hours to declare a war, separate from the dec going live.

The only thing I can think of:

corp A is not in any alliance. Corp B prepares votes to declare war on Corp A. Corp A is accepted into alliance A. During the 24-hour wait time, Corp B (knowing or unknowing about Corp A's plans) pushes the wardec through. I am not sure what would happen in this situation.
