I was wondering if using any outside programs for multiboxing would = ban.
If you are boxing, can you help me out with suggestions and ideas.

any automating program will give you a ban.
a program which only broadcast commands is fine as it still requires a person doing the key pressing / clicking at the user end.
there are programs which can broadcast between computers and see the game windows as the instances to send the commands. i don't remember a name right now, as i hadn't use something like it for a couple of years (since my wow days).

myself i'm using one computer with several screens to run several accounts at the same time (from 6 to 3, depends on what i do), but i currently don't use any program right now.

you should do this anyway, however many people use gm-approved programs to help manage multiple accounts at once. Programs that allow you to move the cursor identically on several screens at once are allowed (set up overviews on 3 chars at once) also programs that make the keyboard automatically work for whichever screen the mouse is on, not the window currently activated also are legal.

Dual Monitors is the way to go. One client per monitor.

Don't waste time or accounts on bots... There are much easier and faster ways to make ISK.

Note the advice on not using a program, and that there are easier/better ways, followed by the signature selling Eveproguide. Nope. No conflict of interest there.

If botting isn't the best way to make isk in Eve, why are all the RMT empires using them? (Not an endorsement, just saying)

Programs that take user inputs and route them to multiple clients are not going to get you banned. Anything that alters or imitates the client (python injection) will. Anything that makes decisions or actions by itself can also get you banned.

Here's what I use to multi-box:

ALT+Tab.

Also, set your UI colors to something different for each account so you can tell them apart. My military guy is the Army Green. My indy guy is light grey, and my third guy who is kind of a jack of all trades is the standard black.

Me being my poorfag self can't afford two monitors right now.

As someone who has warped the untanked noctis salvager alt into a sleeper site before the DPS guys who were meant to the do the clearing I completely endorse this idea ... and wonder why I never thought of it b4.

I have one computer , 2 monitors
I have my main monitor all maxed out, second one on low settings. Client for each monitor.
