Still isn't working for me either after a reinstall using the SiSi Launcher tool.

as long as you only have one skill in queue you can train. its only a temporary fix but at least you can keep training

The issue is restarting training already in the queue. Remove the skills that are in there and put them back in and hit apply. The time and date usually supplied by the server was removed to help solve a jump lag issue some people where having. While a new patch was supposed to be uploaded to sisi on Friday this did not happen. We should see a bug fix patch early Monday.
