login error on singularity

i go to log in and i get:

Account AkatokuChaos has been disabled
Last Login: {[formattedtime]datetime, format="%Y.%m.%d %H:%M"}
Number of Visits: 1473
reason: Account subscription expired!

Subscribe Now and continue playing!

my account is currently subscribed but is refusing to let me log in.



the server that it is refusing on is the test server: Singularity.

there any way to fix this?

This seems like a pretty commmon issue. If only there were a sticky with all the information you need to fix it.
