The Recruitment Channel Questions -

Question:
How do members of your corp make isk in the wormhole?

Answer:
There are many ways to make a living. One of the best ways is to clear combat sites with us. You can make anywhere between 200 - 500 million isk in a session depending on how many members in the fleet and how many sites you clear. Other ways people make money are gas harvesting, mining and PI - all of which are exceptional in the wormhole.

Note: Its not about how much isk you can make, but working together with people you like and trust. Teamwork is crucial out here. If you keep that in mind, money happens automatically.

The wealth of a corporation is based on its employees.

From the combat pilots who protect our space, the builders who build our ships. The miners who are usually a little bit insane. The commanders, tacticians and planners. Architects who are helping The Night Crew grow for a brighter future.

Everyone is important. We welcome you all.

I often try to think what makes this corp so different from other corps I have been in before the Night Crew. Here are some observations . . .

Emphasis on the individual
ORGANIZATION - never have a seen a corp so organized yet still able to kick back
TRUST - i've been some wacky paranoid corporations before, there is none of that paranoid crap, probably has to do with being around for 6 years and still going.
COMMUNITY - people getting on just to hang out and be with other people

Everyday in Eve, I learn, that I have a lot to learn. I think thats why I love this game, and this corp as well because I never stop learning.

I remember being solo, and feeling stagnant, never being pushed to move forward. Being with a group of seasoned vets in the Night Crew has really changed this for me. Its shown me just how much depth there is. Its truly made Eve fun.

CCP made this great sandbox, but its the people you are with that makes the game.

I've been with TNC for over 4 months and I can honestly say that I have learned a tremendous amount about the game. Industry/mining, ratting, pvp, true space exploration, PI set ups, T3 construction, capital contruction, and tons more are all things I've been able to be a part of since I joined TNC. Laid back and efficient bunch of guys with tons of experience.

My joining of The Night Crew was a bit different then most. I was the member of another WH corp, one that was making tons of isk but had grown stagnant and fat, losing more members then we could gain. The few of us who were really active kept at it, killing sleepers, gas mining, and of course, PVP. This is how we met The Night Crew. We set a trap, and tried to kill one of their vessels (little did we know, it was TNT himself, leader of the corp). In the end, they not only saw our trap, but countered it with one of their own. Taking a few of our ships and pods out of the fight, we were impressed with their quick response, and strategic mindset.

Over the next few weeks we conversed with them more and more, and the more we learned about them, the more we liked what we heard. We'd decided, we would shed our old corp and join this new group. It was the best decision we ever made.

In the coming weeks we gained new pilots, both young and old. We learned about several weaknesses we had never thought of, not only in our POS defenses, or PVP fleets, but in our economic models, and security protocols. We had our fair share to bring to the table, but it was a sharing of knowledge, of which we took the larger helping.

TNT has been highly inspirational, giving us purpose in our WH other then simply lining our wallets. The pilots we've met have almost entirely been of first rate, even the younger ones or less experienced show great ambition and aptitude.

Overall, a great group of guys (and even girls) who follow a mature, respectable, and honorable way of living in New Eden. All the backround mechanics are running so smoothly, you can only hear the machineworks humming along. There's no need for high stress, overcritical, or unreasonable leaders when you know what you are doing.

And these guys do.

I was pretty content with my old corp, living the Worm Hole life. I was able to continue my experiments and inventions, focussing on drone and ewar technologies. Exploration and discovery are why I live in WH Space....new horizons and forgotten technology call me and compel me to seek them out.

Since joining The Night Crew, every facet of WH life has stepped up a notch. Ancient technological discoveries are there for the taking. My drone technologies are coming along nicely. I am able to support the crew on ops using various drones, wether they be for logistics, combat, or electronic counter measures.

And the Crew folk have been great. They appreciate the structure my old corp brought. I appreciate the experience they add to the table. We were able to integrate seemlessly. It was one big orgy there for awhile.

Thanks goes to the leadership of the Crew, both old and new for their leadeship, experience, and vision.

The Sleeper hookers were a nice surprise. Wow, who knew alien FemmeBots could do what they do, the way they do it so well? I think that may be a Night Crew secret no other WH corp has discovered.

For those who want to join the Crew, if you are a person of honor above all else, the Crew is for you. If you wish to explore the unknown, the Crew is for you. If you are ready to learn skills and trades and become self sufficient in ability yet strong as a team, the Crew is for you. And if you are ready to defend Crew resources with extreme prejudice, with your honor, your skill, and your blood, the Crew is for you.

Don't Screw with the Crew.

I've been with The Night Crew for a little over 2 months now and I have to say the people is what keeps me playing day after day.

There are so many knowledgeable players and they're very willing to pass on their wisdom. I have only been around The Night Crew's empire home and so far it's been a fantastic experience. Even small empire gangs will scan down a C1 or C2 WH and run sites.

We were fortunate enough a few weeks back to be running one of these sites when half way through it our scout picked up ships on scanners. Our FC was great and immediately warped us to a safe spot. He then made the critical decision to leave the hole and boy was it the right decision. No more then few seconds after we jumped out of that hole did 10 hostiles log on including a carrier pilot in a Chimera.

To say the least you never get bored when you're flying with the Crew.

The Recruitment Channel Questions -

Question:
What ships do you fly in your wormholes?

Answer:
We fly mostly Drakes and Tengus for running missions. We have a great advantage in our wormholes to shields, so its harder for armor tanker. We do have Amarr pilots who train into Nightmares and do very well. There are other ships people fly such as basilisks and covert ops ships for specific functions.

You are not forced to fly a certain ship in our corp, but it helps if you fly the suggested ships. We build Tengus and Drakes, so its a lot easier for you to get a replacement at cost from us if you lose yours.

The Recruitment Channel -

Question:
I've been in a few corps that have just fallen apart. How stable is your corp?

Answer:
The Night Crew has been around for 6 years now. I't the reason I joined this corp, after being in several smaller corps that were always in flux. I wanted a home that I wasn't worried about logging in one day and discovering there wasn't a corp. The Night Crew isn't going anywhere.

I have been with the Night Crew for just a few short weeks (brand new player) but in that time I have learned a great deal on not only specifics about wormholes, but also about how to survive in Empire which will help me when I am ready to set foot in those wormholes.

The people are great and everyone is willing to give you the knowledge needed without feeling like an outcast as a new player to Eve.

I am looking forward to having a bunch of interesting nights with the fine folks here. If you are a new player, interested in exploration and WH's and are willing to learn then this is a great place to start.

The Recruitment Channel Questions -

Question:
I've never been into a wormhole before, what kind of things will I be doing there?

Answer:
Our wormholes have some of the same activities you might find in empire, except it's very team oriented. You need to work together with others to accomplish your goals. You could run sleeper sites, go on roams to protect our system. Open up mining sites, gas sites, or do PI. Everything in the wormhole is usually big better, and with greater reward. It is the next frontier in Eve.

The Recruitment Channel Questions -

Question:
What is the minimum skill points a player must have to join The Night Crew?

Answer:
We are looking for 10 million+ skill point players. But if your reading this and your under 10 million, even if you only have a 3 million, your welcome to apply as long as you don't mind being in empire, running missions with other members. We just can't bring you into one of our wormhole operations until your decently skilled. Some of the things you will get out of our corp being a newer player is help on how to fit your ships, help from seasoned veterans, and grouping with other mission runners who live in empire.

Ever since joining The Night Crew I've felt a rejuvinated desire to play Eve on a regular basis. The people are really what makes a corporation and TNC is certainly no exception to that rule. From the way the WH pilots will rush out into Empire to assist the newer/younger players in their time of need to the direction, leadership and information that everyone shares, The Night Crew is a corp that looks out for one another and knows that stronger members mean a stronger corp.

As someone with a busy real life I appreciate the tolerance given to those who may need to live a more casual Eve lifestyle from time to time while also encouraging me to spend my time within Eve when I can. I can't wait for the future to see what TNC life brings!
