Aphex Twin isn't quite my cup of tea, though a few songs are ok. But that video... Shocked Disturbing would be one word, but nightmare fuel might be better....

Truly, you have a dizzying intellect.

Today I'm in the mood of some classic songs with some soft tunes

In the Air Tonight - Phil Collins

Andru Donalds - Mishale

Portishead - Roads (I 34^@$#^$##@^ LOVE Portishead, it's music to suicide over or make everlasting love to someone, you decide)

Tracy Chapman - Give me one reason to stay here

Nick Cave/Kylie Minogue - Where the wild roses grow (magnificent!) Also , Nick Cave, if I were into men, that would be the kind of man I would crave.

Tricky - Cross to bear

... Hope anyone enjoys some of these songs :D , I'm enjoying them!

Good stuff for a slow day. :)

I've always liked Genesis/Phil Collins, though for some reason I always come to think of American Psycho...

And Portishead - Roads is a fantastic song, no arguing there. Nice to just kick back, close your eyes and space out.

Truly, you have a dizzying intellect.

Well, time to update the ever winding road of my listening habits.... Today, and most days are filled with some of these.

FSOL - Pulse State - To me its still the greatest track on Accelerator, and Accelerator has some great tracks. Seminal.

Nada Surf - Where is my Mind - YES i wanted the full song and YES i wanted the Pixies original, but this video was beautiful in so many ways and its probably the best cover ive heard of it.

In fact when that video stopped and song was cut short..... i nearly cried. Onward merry YouTubing.

I want to Add

The Mission - Island in a Stream but can only find mobile phone recorded live versions that truly suck, the studio realised version off Wasteland/Gods own Medicine is stunning.

Eat Static - UFO over Trenchtown - Just..... just..... yeh \o/

And diggin Band of Skulls so much Right Now

"caught on fire a little bit, just a little."

"Delinquents, check, weirdos, check, hippies, check, pillheads, check, freaks, check, potheads, check .....gangs all here!"

I love Science, it gives me a Hadron.

Probably would not be a good idea, that kissing stuf...Lol

Anyway here I come again, with another tune from my eclectic library... this one tune, with this one video sequence, i use them to keep the perspective right...

Dead can dance - The host of Seraphim (from Baraka OST, 1992)

And, yet from the same amazing band, i I used to use this to "tune" myself for roleplaying my main...

Dead can dance - Saldek (fanmade youtube edit)
