I'm very sure I wouldn't. Actually, I'd prefer to run gates camped by one guy playing twenty accounts than by ten guys playing one account each — a much more common occurrence.

NEWSFLASH!

Incursions are not instance, you can amazingly COMPETE WITH HIM TO FINISH THE SITE FIRST (<-- OP didn't know that)

So, get 9 friends of your own and go run those sites. If you can't/won't/refuse then it is obviously your fault you are not raking in the isk because of your own belief against it yet there is nothing else stoping the other guy (or other guys) from making their own isk. Everyone wants isk, so either go get it yourself/ prevent someone else from getting it there by entertaining yourself / or STFU and uninstall EVE.

I'm not sure. I've been trying high sec incursions and every 4 minutes I make 9m isk in bounties and 1200 lps. There is almost no risk involved and the rats pose no real challenge.

The guy running 12 ships cannot be realistically doing it without some kind of third party help. It's just not practical otherwise, you'd be able to out contest him on every site he does.

There is one tool which is pretty much designed for what he's doing.

Don't forget he doesn't own the incursions. They're public sites. Put your own fleet together from your corp/alliance, follow him round and dilute his isk by shooting the Sanshas yourselves. If you don't like someone else creaming the cash, there are things you can do to prevent him within normal game mechanics. Sitting there and crying while watching him scoop the loot is not an option if you want sympathy. Get out there and fight for your share of the incursion bounty.
