There are two common brands of PVP blaster hyperion. The lack of the utility high means you will probably not run a neut or SB without gimping out some DPS. If you want this or a plate setup then clearly you will be looking at the Mega instead.

Shield Gank
Partly a lol-fit bit along the lines of a shield Tempest but much more evil up close and less agile. The profile of the new Null makes this interesting and you could fit it with a long point instead of the scram and maybe Garde IIs. Ofc you can swap in some warriors or ECM drones or w/e too.

Void: 1500 dps (1700 o/l) at 8.8+10km
Null: 1150 dps (1282 o/l) at 16+29km
CNAM: 1376 dps (1550 o/l) at 5.8+20km
(Damage shown with Ogres. Will be less if you swap out drones).

Tank: 96k EHP (101 o/l) - can get bit more with 1 LSE + 2 Invul but the problems that come with that.

Mainly aimed at solo or small gang I guess but probably not that optimal a solo setup compared to all the other options. However, with the right implants and boosters it can tank something like 2000 dps overloaded whilst dealing out around 750-900 dps depending on ammo choice. Range is pretty-much limited to web/scram range.

Void: 916 dps (1016 o/l)
Null: 727 dps (798 o/l)
CNAM: 847 dps (937 o/l)
(Damage shown with Ogres. Will be less if you swap out drones).

Tank Just Reppers: 1262 (1614 o/l)
Plus Improved Exile: 1578 (2018 o/l)
Plus ZET4000 : 1657 (2119 o/l)

The Hyperion's mission performance will be below that of a high skilled t2 sentry Dominix, In PvP it wont really be as good as Megathron either primarily due to tracking issues. If you want a good Hyperion shield tank it and stack the lows with Mag Stabs. "WHAT ABOUT THE ARMOUR REP BONUS YOU FOOL" i hear you shout. Well that's pretty much useless in my opinion.

But remeber this there is no "right fit" use what works for you.
