What skills do I need to give bonses in my orca while mining.

If you meant "Orca" instead of "orce", then you'll want to train Mining Director (which is a prereq for the Orca IIRC).

Mining Director = 100% per level
Warfare Link Specialist = 10% per level
Industrial Command Ships = 3% per level

You need Mining Director 5 to use T2 links and a Mining Foreman Mindlink (50% link bonus, 5% ore yield bonus).

you also need Cybernetics to V to plug in the Mindlink.

also due to how focused the training is, its better to train first to cybernetics V then remap to max charisma/ willpower and plug in a charisma and willpower +5 implant.

once you get the max boost just keep training leadership for shield +% and extra resists, then lower signature / faster warpout.
